Is it possible to limit print sizes for only some photos in a gallery? Or do I need to put those photos in a special gallery and create a special price list for them?

Select the picture you want to apply restriction on, then on the right side, in the Toolbox, in Access Control tab click on Edit.

Then in the "Photo Protection" you'll have access to the different picture size you can allow for your clients.

If this is not what you're looking for, then you can also limit print size by uploading smaller pictures.

Access control limits the display sizes, not the print sizes available for sale; and original file size doesn't matter anyway (unless you try to make the bigger sizes unavailable through insufficient resolution).

Available products are controlled through the price list assigned to a picture. But there's no reason why that should have to be the same for all images in a gallery. Just select the photos you want to limit and assign a limited price list to them...
